Color shifts a little between batches. Leather is dyed in batches, so a swatch you order today can look slightly different from one you got six months ago. That's normal for a natural material. If color has to match exactly, order everything at once and we'll set it aside for you.
Swatches aren't returnable. They're meant for checking color and feel before you buy, so all swatch orders are final.
